Steve will lead Alpha Helix’s coverage of UK Healthcare Services.
Steve comes to AHCF having had a successful executive level career in the healthcare services sector for almost 15 years. Previous sector positions include Director, Healthcare for Civitas Investment Management, a leading real estate investor operating in the specialist healthcare and social housing sector with over £2bn of funds under management; Chief Executive of Pathways Care Group, a leading specialist care provider; and Group Corporate Development Director for the Priory Group, the UK’s largest behavioural healthcare company.
During his time in the healthcare services sector, as well as being an operator, Steve has completed over £0.5 billion of acquisitions, with individual acquisitions ranging in enterprise value from £2m to £100m+, set up businesses and completed corporate disposals, all of which have enabled him to develop a thorough understanding of the requirements of both the institutional as well as trade buyer universe. Steve has also participated in a number of Private Equity exits as well as IPO processes.
